📌 Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer or Software Developer to help us create professional API documentation for our fintech platform, PalmPesa.

It should be writen in HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and other related framework.

The documentation should be easy for developers to understand and should follow industry best practices similar to Stripe, Flutterwave, and Paystack.

Responsibilities

• Review our existing API documentation.
• Improve the overall documentation structure.
• Rewrite endpoint descriptions professionally.
• Add request and response examples.
• Document authentication and error handling.
• Create a clean Quick Start Guide.
• Organize APIs into logical sections.
• Make the documentation developer-friendly.

Requirements

• Experience writing software or API documentation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger or Apidog.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Previous fintech documentation is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

Developers or Technical Writers who have worked on payment gateways, fintech systems, banking APIs, or SaaS products.
